Data deletion instructions

Ninja Reports, operated by Digital Ninjas. Effective 11 October 2026.

This page explains how to remove Ninja Reports' access to your Meta (Facebook) account and have the data Ninja Reports holds about you or your business deleted. Google and Microsoft connections are removed in Ninja Reports the same way (Option 1); to remove Ninja Reports at those platforms, see Retention and deletion in the privacy policy. For the full detail of what we collect and keep, see the privacy policy.

What Ninja Reports holds from Meta

When you connect with Facebook Login for Business, Ninja Reports stores the access token Meta issues, which ad accounts you shared, and the dashboards your workspace builds from them. It reads daily campaign performance for those ad accounts with read-only ads access. It never reads your Facebook profile, friends, posts or messages, and report data is kept in memory for at most ten minutes, never in a database.

Option 1: remove the connection in Ninja Reports

For a workspace's owners and admins. This deletes the workspace's stored token straight away and revokes Ninja Reports' access at Meta. If the same Facebook login is still connected in another Ninja Reports workspace, Meta's access is kept for that workspace and only this one's token is deleted; to end access everywhere, also follow Option 2.

  1. Sign in to Ninja Reports and open your workspace.
  2. Go to Settings → Connections.
  3. Find the Meta connection and choose Remove. If a dashboard still reads one of its ad accounts, remove that account from the dashboard first.

Option 2: remove Ninja Reports in Facebook

Anyone who connected a Facebook account can do this, without signing in to Ninja Reports.

  1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations (on some accounts it is under Apps and websites).
  3. Select Ninja Reports and choose Remove.

Once removed, Ninja Reports can no longer read your ad accounts and its stored token stops working. To have the token and everything else deleted from our systems too, also follow Option 1 or 4.

Option 3: close the workspace

For a workspace's owners, from Settings → Members → Close workspace. Everyone loses access straight away and every connection is removed as in Option 1. 30 days later the workspace's dashboards, conversations, data sources, members and usage records are deleted for good. After that we keep only a record that the workspace was closed and deleted, and by whom.

Option 4: ask us to delete it

Email us with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

We confirm the request is yours, delete the data within 30 days, and email you when it is done. You can also ask us what we hold about you or your business.
