What ninjatools is
ninjatools is a reporting tool that Digital Ninjas provides to its staff and, by invitation, to contacts at its clients. It shows marketing data that Digital Ninjas is authorised to access on a client's behalf. It is not a public service and there is no charge for using it.
Who may use it
Digital Ninjas staff with a Digital Ninjas account, and people Digital Ninjas has invited to a specific dashboard. Access is personal: do not share your sign-in or forward a dashboard to someone who was not invited. Digital Ninjas may change or withdraw access at any time.
Acceptable use
Use ninjatools only to view and work with the dashboards you have been given access to. Do not attempt to reach other clients' data, probe or interfere with the service, or extract data in bulk by automated means. Client contacts who can edit a dashboard may change its layout and style, not the accounts it reads.
Data
The data shown belongs to the client and to the platforms it comes from (Google, Meta), under their terms. How ninjatools handles it is described in the privacy policy. Figures are reproduced from the platforms' APIs as returned and may lag or differ from the platforms' own interfaces; check the source before relying on a number for a decision that matters.
The dashboard assistant
Dashboards can be built and changed by an AI assistant. It can misunderstand a request or choose an unsuitable view. Review what it produces; version history lets you go back.
Availability and liability
ninjatools is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It depends on third-party platforms and may be unavailable or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Digital Ninjas is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, ninjatools. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and law
Digital Ninjas may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of it. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions: contact us.
